If you are an employee, most of your personal information is available to your individual worksite employer.

Client managers and employees will have access to certain sections of our Website. If you are a manager you will receive a username and password from a Dental HR representative at the time your organization becomes a Client of Dental HR. For all Client employees, please click on the Register button on Dental HR’s login page. You will be prompted to enter in personal data and our system will send you an auto-created password to your email address.
In the event that you have forgotten your username and/or password, click on the Forgotten Password button on the login page. You will be required to enter personal information in order to verify your identity and retrieve your username and password. If you are still unable to successfully retrieve your username and password, you should immediately contact a Dental HR representative to reset your login information as required.
